Ease of setting up

Very straightforward to set up multiple linked smoke, heat and co2 alarms. It took minutes using their YouTube video, then I positioned the alarms wherever I needed. I particularly like the remote control allowing testing and hush in one device.

Excellent Product & Service

Purchased the Advanced Bundle, excellent product.
I had a n issue with the Carbon monoxide alarm not linking.
Contacted support, could not get through on the phone, but I had a call back within minutes.
It took Dan about 60 seconds to talk me through the procedure, all working fine. Excellent service.

Helpful set up

Prior to ordering I contacted the support team who were able to assure me about the way the fire alarms would work and be set up to talk to each other before delivery. To be able to speak with a support team was also a big win. The alarms were easy to install and connect to the WiFi app. An excellent experience all round.
